Strengthen Our Quality of Life Profile Create and advance a community which is economomically competitive, education rich, artful, and amenity-based in order to attract and retain highly skilled and knowledgeable workers in all demographics and to replace our aging workforce. Help Businesses Invest Here Continually assess the assets and value propositions of our competition and the effect on our existing businesses who are being courted by other metros and states. Educate stakeholders, address the critical success factors that will enhance business/prospect opportunities for successful growth in our region, and enhance our economic investment growth policies to reflect a more competitive environment.
