Quality of Living

Visitors to Wichita are pleasantly surprised when they discover that our community offers more than wheat fields and tornadoes. Not only has Wichita been named an All-American City three times since 1962, it also ranked among the top 32 cities nationally for quality of life. These rankings communicate affordability, short and easy commutes and a high level of public safety, attributes you won't find in most other metro areas.

For more details on activities in the Wichita area, please explore the Community Central section of our Web site.
