The Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce is the dynamic catalyst that captures the vision and power of the private sector and focuses it to ensure that our economic community is both prosperous and competitive. Attracting and expanding businesses that are adding high paying, high skilled jobs is the principal economic development focus of our Chamber. Our Board leadership and professional staff effectively marshal our 2,100+ members to collectively protect and advance an attractive business climate.

Today, more than ever before, private sector leadership is the critical ingredient for bringing business and community together to achieve results for both parties. The Chamber offers three dynamic leadership programs that are preparing hundreds of business professionals for civic entrepreneurship and community collaboration. Additionally, our Visioneering Wichita program has empowered more than 15,000 Wichitans to take our community's future destiny into their hands, resulting in the design and implementation of a 158 initiative, 15-year community strategic plan.
