Wichita Metro Chamber’s 2007 Candidate Information Web Guide at http://www.wichitachamber.org/candidates/index.asp provides questions, answers and bios for the Mayoral, City Council and Wichita School Board candidates.

Wichita, KS- The Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce introduced a guide to help our region’s business community vote smart at the polls come April 3. The Chamber’s user-friendly online 2007 Candidate Information Guide will also be complemented with an information booklet to be mailed to Chamber members early next week.

The information guide is located at the Chamber’s Web site, directly linked at http://www.wichitachamber.org/candidates/index.asp, and can also be accessed from the Top Headlines section on the Chamber’s home page at www.wichitachamber.org.

“Every day, elected officials make decisions that affect our businesses and our community,” says Bernie Koch, VP-Government Affairs at the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce. “We need pro-business officials that partner with us to make our business community more competitive. We believe this guide is a means to help our members make informed business decisions at the voting booth.”

The online information guide and accompanying booklet provide questions, answers and biographies on candidates in the Mayoral, City Council and Wichita School Board races.
