About exhibit reservations

Refunds are granted as follows: 90% if cancelled by Aug 14; 50% if cancelled by Sept. 4; 0% if cancelled after Sept. 4. Exhibit reservations that are not paid for or confirmed cancelled within 14 working days of the event will be held responsible for the entire amount of the exhibit fee.

  • Once payment is received, you will be contacted for selection/confirmation of your exhibit number
  • Each 10’x10’ booth space includes: 8’ back drop, 3’ high divider curtains on each side (certain exceptions based on booth placement), one 6’ white skirted table, two chairs. Backdrop and side draping will be black. Each booth includes a sign with the business name and exhibit number.
  • Utilities must be ordered through Century II Exhibitor Services, 316-264-9121, at an additional expense.
  • “Early Bird” payments must be received by July 31, 2015. Payment received beginning Aug 1 will be subject to full pricing.

To be included in the Exposure event program, the registration and full payment must be received by September 4, 2015.


Attendance policy

Exposure is for business professionals. Please no luggage carts, strollers, wagons or children under 18. Show management reserves the right to ask attendees to leave the show floor.

Product/service demonstration or solicitation of business, including but not limited to literature distribution by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Show management has the sole discretion and right to immediately remove violator(s) from the event area.

Free Parking
is available at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium with FREE shuttle pick ups every 7-10 minutes.

1. When can I move in my booth display?

To ensure availability of loading docks and handcarts, the 2015 Booth Move-in Schedule is as follows on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. 

Booths #900-1200s move in beginning at 10:00 AM
Booths #500-838 move in beginning Noon
Booths #100-419 move in beginning at 2:00 PM

Booths must be in place and ready by 5 PM on September 23.

Expo Hall will close at 6PM September 23th.  Security will be on premises from 6PM until 7 AM on September 24.

  • Vehicles – please contact Angie Elliott for a special move-in instructions. 316-268-1129
  • If your booth is a large scale display, please contact Angie Elliott to coordinate your move-in process.

Tabletop Exhibitors - Are welcome to move in beginning at 3:00 pm September 23 but are not required to move in that day.  Tabletop exhibits may set up on September 24th beginning at 7:30 AM.  Exhibits must be ready by 9:30 AM Sept. 24.

2. I need electricity and carpet, how do I get these items?

Electricity can be ordered directly through Century II. 

Booth decorations such as carpet, extra tables, draping, or greenery can be ordered through Henry Helgerson Co. 

Please note there are special deadlines to return these forms for best pricing!

3. What comes with my booth purchase?

Included with each 10'x10' booth price is a booth sign with your registered exhibitor name, an 8’ back drop and 3’ high divider curtain on each side, one 6’ skirted table and two chairs.   Several standard booths will have one side that is the 8' backdrop of an endcap booth.  Pipe & draping will be black. 

Electricity must be ordered from Century II Convention Services at an additional expense (see #2 above). Exhibitors must supply their own extension cords and power strips. Order early to save money! Rates go up if ordered the day of the show. 




Exhibitor Events - Network with fellow exhibitors prior to the show!

These pre-show events are open only to registered exhibitors. Attendance is free but registration is required.


Exhibitor Orientations

Exhibitor orientation will review exhibitor basics including move-in and move-out logistics, what to expect the day of the show. Veteran exhibitors will provide tips on:

  • Goal setting and planning your exhibit space
  • How to use the show to your advantage (don't just sit in your booth)
  • Navigating the exhibitor planning website

This is a fantastic opportunity to network with fellow exhibitors, ask questions and get prepared for the show. Content twill be the same for both orientation. You only need to attend one session.

Orientation sessions ares for Registered Exposure Exhibitors. Dates are TBD but will be latee July & early August.


Exhibitor Mixer

Maximize your investment in Exposure by meeting fellow exhibitors PRIOR to the show. You'll meet like-minded businesses who want to build meaningful connections. Appetizers and a cash bar will be available.
