The Exposure planning committee is made up of exhibitors and is always striving to improve upon past successes. If you have specific feedback or suggestions, please contact Angie Elliott at aelliott@wichitachamber.org, or 316-268-1129.  Planning for Exposure 2012 will begin in the fall of 2011.  We welcome all comments and suggestions!!

Exhibitor booth selection will be made in the order that payments are received. 

REGISTER ONLINE (credit card)        or        REGISTRATION FORM (mail or fax in)


Included with booth price is a booth sign with your registered exhibitor name, an 8’ back drop and 3’ high divider curtain on each side, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Several standard booths will have one side that is the 8' backdrop of an endcap booth.  Booth draping will be black.  Contact the Chamber for more details about specific booths.

Maximize booth traffic!

As an Exposure exhibitor, pre-marketing your attendance at the show is vital to your success. Your efforts to reach current customers and future prospects prior to the show are essential.

Increase show attendance and traffic at your booth by sending materials to prospective clients offering them a special promotion if they visit you at the show.

  • Exposure Logo  - Use the Exposure logo on your website and preshow publicity.
     
  • Admission Ticket - Customize the admission ticket and distribute it to your clients.  Be sure to include your booth number! 
     
  • Take advantage of great rates to place an ad in the two September special sections on EXPOsure that will run in the Business Today section.  Download the rate sheet here.

  • Exposure, the Chamber's premier networking event is scheduled for September 20, 2012 at Century II Expo Hall.
  • Did you know you can use features of the Chamber’s website to promote your business? Post your events on the Community Calendar or offer discounts and/or special promotions for other Chamber members in the Members Only section.
  •  Approximately 50% of our members have 10 or fewer employees. More than 85% have 50 or fewer employees.
  • Check out the member referral report to see how many times your company information has been viewed in the online member directory on the Chamber website.
