Below is a list of events that are focused on our small business members.
 

Business Builder Education Series | A variety of educational courses are offered each year based on input from members. The courses range from a few hours in length to multiple sessions.

CEO Roundtable | Bi-monthly meetings held exclusively for small business CEOs. Each session is a facilitated, open forum for small business CEOs to share and discuss issues critical to the success of their business.

Manufacturers Roundtable | Four quarterly, half-day sessions designed for CEOs and other senior level managers. This program allows leaders to leverage the knowledge of their peers to grow their own companies. Only 15 participants are accepted to the program, and topics include labor, risk, strategy, crisis management and other areas identified by participants. View the 2016 promotional flyer.

Resource Outreach | An individual outreach program to assist new small business members identify and connect with community resources that can help them maximize their growth.

Small Business Awards | This annual program, featuring three networking events, provides local small businesses the opportunity to showcase their company, share their story, and be recognized for their impact on our community.

Taking Care of Business Seminars | Learn from industry leaders through these informal presentations, a question and answer exchange, and interactive dialogue with peers.

Section Highlights:
  • Exposure, the area's premier trade show and networking event, is scheduled for September 29, 2016 at Century II Expo Hall.
  •  Approximately 50% of our members have 10 or fewer employees. More than 85% have 50 or fewer employees.
  • Did you know you can use features of the Chamber’s website to promote your business? Post your events on the Community Calendar, or offer discounts and/or special promotions for other members in the Member Login section.
  • Run a referral report in the Member Login section to see how many times your company information has been viewed in the online member directory on the Chamber website.
