December is the annual Social Services Scrambler featuring area charitable organizations with missions of serving others!

What better time than entering the holiday season to think about giving to others? This popular annual event is a fabulous opportunity to learn about the many social services being provided by local 501c3 Chamber member organizations.  Discover how you can give back to the community and impact the lives of your neighbors. Visit the showcase tables during the networking time, then grab breakfast and settle in for the program.

TOPIC: What Unites Us?: Questions of Relationship, Revelation, and Responsibility

PRESENTER: Damon Young, Vice President of Mahaney Roofing Company

Please join local speaking favorite, Damon Young, as he takes us on a journey of researching workforce, poverty, flourishing, and meaning. Along the way we will wrestle with what is contributing to apathy, cynicism, and division and how we can fight our way out to find each other and make our community a better place to live and thrive!

Takeaways may include:

  • Fresh perspective on the role of occupation to find meaning and connection
  • Better understanding of what unites us across political, socio-economic, and other divides
  • A vision for community transformation and how you can play a part

Registrants of Chamber events agree to allow the Chamber and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the event. Footage captured by the official Chamber photographer may be posted on social media, shared with media outlets, and/or used in future print and electronic promotional materials.

Refund Policy:
The Chamber’s policy is to require payment in advance for admission to all Chamber events due to commitments to our vendors. If you cannot attend, we welcome substitutions, so please send an alternate from your company. Unless otherwise stated on registration materials, the deadline to request a refund for an event registration you are unable to attend is two business days before the event. Chamber event reservations not kept, or cancelled less than two business days prior to the event, will not be eligible for a refund, and will be billed if they have not yet been paid. Please call 316-265-7771 with any questions regarding the cancellation policy.
Overpayments: The Chamber does not issue refunds for advance payment or overpayment of membership dues, sponsorship commitments or registration fees. The amount of overpayment will be applied as a credit to the member’s account for use toward future invoices if cancelled within 14 days of payment.
