Chairman's Lunch 2019 - In Partnership with the Kansas Health Foundation
This year, The Chamber is partnering with the Kansas Health Foundation to host the 2019 Chairman's Lunch. The event will feature the topic of leadership as our community looks to the opportunities in 2019 to move the region forward. We will officially introduce our new Chairman of the Board and convene and engage area business leaders about timely topics and issues. Please plan to join us as we highlight the importance of continued collaboration as we advance the Wichita region.
SPEAKER: Elise Foster, Master Practitioner for the Wiseman Group
TOPIC: Creating a Culture of Multipliers: Using Talent, Experience and Expertise to Grow Our Region
For this year’s Chairman’s Lunch we’ve tapped a well-known leadership coach for an inspirational presentation about the book, Multipliers, How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter. Our speaker, Elise Foster, is a Master Practitioner for The Wiseman Group and develops multiplier skills in leaders across the country to help them strengthen the contributions of their teams. Driving change in our community requires becoming a region of multipliers. Harnessing and amplifying the energy, intelligence and experience of those who are passionate about change will ensure success of the Chamber’s 2019 strategic priorities: Talent, Diversity and Inclusion, Small Business Membership and Quality of Place.
If you have read the book, Multipliers, How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter, and wish to share a quote about how these ideas are impacting your business - we'd love to hear from you! Please email you testimonials to Courtney Sendall at email@example.com.
Following comments from Foster about how the Multiplier concept applies to growing our region, a panel of volunteer Chamber leadership and elected officials will speak on how they are implementing the theory in their areas of focus.
