TOPIC: The Compassion Effect: Engage Differently for Breakthrough Results in 2020

PRESENTED BY: Nate Regier, CEO, Co-Founding Owner, Next Element Consulting

2020 will be a year of great challenge and great opportunity. Division and drama are at an all time high, yet people are craving authentic connection more than ever. Compassion is the answer, but not the kind of compassion we are currently practicing. Join Nate Regier, international keynote speaker and author of two books about compassion at work, for an uplifting presentation revealing the five misconceptions about compassion that might be holding you back, and outlining a re-imagined compassion framework for addressing the biggest challenges of our generation. Leave with renewed hope and practical strategies for engaging differently in 2020.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  1. Understand the human and economic cost of workplace drama, negativity, and conflict.
  2. List the five misconceptions of compassion that might be holding you back.
  3. Describe The Compassion Mindset and how you can use it to engage differently for breakthrough results.
