The Sunrise Scrambler is an excellent opportunity to enjoy an early morning breakfast and business program. Attendees to these monthly breakfasts can meet other business people in the community and gain information on topics pertaining to today's business world from guest speakers. Events are held at different member locations each month and attendance is an exclusive benefit of Chamber Membership.
TOPIC: Humans, Not Resources
PRESENTED BY: Ryan Bond, Chief People Officer, Thrive Restaurant Group
It’s not business, it’s personal. There’s a disconnect between what humans need and what business does and the results speak for themselves: record levels of disengagement, anxiety, mistrust, and conflict. It doesn’t have to be this way. At work, we can help people engage the fullness of their humanity which sends all of us home better than we arrived. Join Ryan Bond, Chief People Officer at Thrive Restaurant Group, to learn some simple ways to rehumanize the experience of work for you and your team.
- Understand the power of experiences to create emotions, beliefs, and behaviors.
- Explore the differences between a culture of responsibility and a culture of accountability and their results.
- Understand how job design can hinder or unleash human potential.
