Based on recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), state and local officials in an effort to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus, By Design's session on Business Etiquette/Customer Service has been postponed.

By Design is a program that provides educational training to minority vendors in the form of four, two-hour in-depth trainings held at the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce. The program is a partnership with the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce, Create Campaign, Inc. and Kansas Business Services. Each session focuses on a different topic related to business growth.

Session 1: April 14 -- Business Etiquette/Customer Service
Session 2: May 12 -- Business/Strategy Planning
Session 3: June 9 -- Finance
Session 4: July 7 -- Marketing/Sales
Session 1 will be lead by Darrius Wright with KBS focused on Business Etiquette/Customer Service. In this session, attendees will learn about professionalism, timeliness and responsiveness, appearance and presence and managing technology.
Light Dinner will be provided
