The Small Business Owner Roundtable is a Chamber Member Only event and is exclusively for an organization's owner or top decision-maker. This virtual event will be a great opportunity to meet peers, learn and discuss a topic relevant to small business.

Title: Strategic innovation for small businesses: Succeeding in the new normal post-COVID

In a recent interview with Inc., Mark Cuban (the owner of the Dallas Mavericks and a judge on Shark Tank) stated that “once we open back up, it won’t be business as usual. It will be America 2.0. That’s the greatest opportunity ever for entrepreneurs.” Given changing customer needs and desires, how are you preparing for the “new normal” as the world begins to re-open? Are you improving your existing products and services? Are you thinking innovatively about new products and services? This webinar will give you a practical process and tangible tools to innovate within your own business so that you can succeed in the “new normal.”

Attendees of Chamber events agree to allow the Chamber and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the event. Footage captured by the official Chamber photographer may be posted on social media, shared with media outlets, and/or used in future print and electronic promotional materials. 

Refund Policy:
The Chamber’s policy is to require payment in advance for admission to all Chamber events due to commitments to our vendors. If you cannot attend, we welcome substitutions, so please send an alternate from your company. Unless otherwise stated on registration materials, the deadline to request a refund for an event registration you are unable to attend is two business days before the event. Chamber event reservations not kept, or cancelled less than two business days prior to the event, will not be eligible for a refund, and will be billed if they have not yet been paid. Please call 316-265-7771 with any questions regarding the cancellation policy.

Checks and credit cards are the only accepted methods of payment for this event; no cash, please.
