On an annual basis, the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce plans a trip to another city in order to introduce business and community leaders to innovative projects and best principles that may be adapted and implemented in our own community.

The 2020 City to City Leadership Visit will take place from Wednesday, September 16 to Friday, September 18. A group of sixty business leaders will visit Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Tulsa, Oklahoma to exchange information with their peers about talent, economic development and quality of place. Registrations will open on Monday, May 25 and will end on Friday, August 2. We ask that you please respect the deadlines of our Oklahoma City and Tulsa venues and caterers by registering by Friday, August 2.

The structure of the 2020 trip differs slightly from past City to City visits: attendees will separate into two tracks in order take a deeper dive into the following topics: Economic Development and Quality of Place. During registration, you will choose which track you prefer to join.

The cost for the trip will be $1,850. This includes transportation, local transportation, room accommodations, receptions, and all meals in Oklahoma City/Tulsa. There are a limited number of spaces available, which will be filled as registrations are completed.  No refunds are provided 30 days out from the trip date. When the spaces are full, we will open an option to register for the waiting list. You will not be charged when registering for the wait list. We will follow up with you if spots open up and make arrangements for payment at that time.

Attendees of Chamber events agree to allow the Chamber and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the event. Footage captured by the official Chamber photographer may be posted on social media, shared with media outlets, and/or used in future print and electronic promotional materials.
The Chamber’s policy is to require payment in advance for admission to all Chamber events due to commitments to our vendors. If you cannot attend, we welcome substitutions, so please send an alternate from your company. Unless otherwise stated on registration materials, the deadline to request a refund for an event registration you are unable to attend is 30 business days before the event. Chamber event reservations not kept, or cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the event, will not be eligible for a refund, and will be billed if they have not yet been paid. Checks and credit cards are the only accepted methods of payment for this event; no cash, please.
