The Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce is committed to championing inclusion & diversity as a core value and strategic priority. The Wichita Wichita promotes inclusion and diversity with an intentional approach to inform people, policies and practices. Key Focus Areas

Education and Awareness: Offering resources, workshops and training programs to help businesses understand the importance and benefits of diversity and inclusion.
Policy Advocacy: Working with policymakers and community leaders to implement practices that promote equity and opportunity for all.
Community Collaboration: Partnering with organizations to develop initiatives that address systemic barriers and create pathways for underrepresented groups.
Member Support: Providing tools and guidance to help Chamber members create inclusive workplaces and implement best practices.
