W - A Community of Young Professionals
Founded in 2005, W (formerly Young Professionals of Wichita) provides a community built by young professionals, for young professionals. With 1,400 members and counting, W is the foremost authority on issues pertaining to Wichita’s most viable workforce segment. Through networking, leadership opportunities, and exclusive programs, we prepare you for career and personal growth.
Young professionals are the foundation of a thriving community. Their perspectives, diversities, and efforts are W's greatest strength in forging the leaders of tomorrow.

Level Up Kansas
Level Up Kansas is a newly created nonprofit dedicated to helping Kansans pursue fulfilling career paths. We recruit and coach Kansas residents who are seeking to complete technical certifications or 2-year associate degree programs. We collaborate with community colleges, technical colleges, industry leaders and legislators to provide comprehensive support and guidance to program participants. Visit Level Up Kansas' website.
Home Base Wichita 
Home Base Wichita assists businesses seeking employees who are leaving the military, as well as their spouses, veterans, and other military-connected individuals. Services are available to veterans from all branches of the military, National Guard, and Reserve, transitioning military, military spouses and student veterans.
Training funds, up to $2,500 per hire, are also available to assist small businesses in hiring qualified veterans. Details are available at Home Base Wichita's website.
