What is the best thing about working with businesses in the Wichita area?
I am a recent transplant, about 5 months ago, from Colorado to the Wichita area but I am looking forward to developing community contacts.
To what do you attribute your success:
My philosophy is that you are as good as your team and I attributed my success to my Culinary team.
Do you have an upcoming event/program or product launch that might interest our members?
Harvest Kitchen rolled out a new dessert menu last month and will be rolling out a new restaurant menu in February 2020. We are very excited about this and encourage everyone to watch for more information.
We are also hosting a Valentine’s Dinner for Two on Feb. 14 and 15 this year that includes the lava cake dessert pictured on the left. You can see more details about it here.
What about your organization are you most passionate?
As Executive Chef, I enjoy developing my team for their next level, the next step in their careers.
Anything else you would like to include?
My family and I are enjoying our move to the area. We have settled around Derby and the traffic is definitely much better here! I also look forward to getting out and about more and trying the various restaurants in our city.
