Chamber Staff Promotions

After an unprecedented year, the Chamber is pleased to announce four promotions this week to recognize a few of our staff members. Dale Seiwert, Vice President of Finance and Administrations, will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Chelsea Dyer is being promoted to Director of Engagement, Rebecca Saxton is being promoted to Director of Data Operations and Chevis Rebstock has been named Director of Member Relations. Congratulations to each of them on their well deserved promotions!

Dale Seiwert joined the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce as the organization’s Vice President of Finance and Administration in 2020. In his new position as Chief Financial Officer, Seiwert will continue to utilize his management, accounting and finance experience to direct the administrative activities of the organization including financial reports and forecasts. In his role he’ll oversee accounting, payroll, technology, human resources and facilities management.

Our current Manager of Engagement Chelsea Dyer, is being promoted to Director of Engagement. She will continue to work on development of Chamber events and programming that provide our members with opportunities to expand their network, gain visibility and receive education on a variety of topics. Chelsea started with the Chamber back in 2019.

Rebecca Saxton has been a Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce staff member since 2019. She started as the organization’s Membership Data Manager. In her new role as Director of Data Operations, she will use her experience with database systems and project management tools to manage the Chamber’s membership database and implement new features. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana and has worked in Wichita since relocating here in 2016.

The Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce's Manager of Member Relations Chevis Rebstock has been promoted to Director of Member Relations. His original role was created for him back in 2019 when he joined the staff. He will continue to be responsible for developing and successfully implementing a comprehensive member retention and sales support program to help achieve the Membership & Engagement department goals.
