On our first deep dive conversation, Chad Hanson from Emprise Bank joins us to talk about succession planning for your business. Our co-hosts Don Sherman and Ebony Clemons-Ajibolade bring the questions and Chad guides us through things to consider as you succession plan. Chad joined Emprise Bank in 2019 as Strategic Relationship Manager and Commercial Segments Leader. In this role, he oversees key commercial relationships and strategic growth efforts in addition to leading Emprise’s business banking group. Chad has more than 15 years of broad experience in the financial industry. He has been responsible for business development, managing a large client portfolio, and sourcing and managing a variety of real estate and private equity investments.
