Chamber Announces Staffing Updates

The Wichita Regional Chamber is pleased to announce several staffing updates.

“We are pleased to congratulate our new and newly promoted Chamber team members. Their combined skill sets are going to help drive our organization to new levels of engagement with the business community,” said John Rolfe, president and CEO of the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Carol Jones is in charge of first impressions as the afternoon receptionist. She offers a warm smile and hospitality to everyone who visits the Chamber offices. Carol has made a career out of making people feel welcome in similar positions with other organizations throughout the Wichita community.

Scott Elpers joins the Chamber staff as the manager of marketing and communications. A graduate of Wichita State University, Scott has spent more than a decade in journalism, where he was an Emmy-nominated TV producer and award-winning reporter and editor.

Lisa Diehl has been named as the vice president of marketing and communications. Diehl brings with her more than 25 years of experience in marketing and communications for not-for-profits in Wichita and Kansas, most recently she spent the last eight years as the corporate communications director on an award-winning marketing team at PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America).

Additionally, Mike Heldstab was hired as the Chamber’s Military Affairs Liaison. Mike brings years of experience in working with our nation’s military and McConnell Air Force Base as he previously served as State Military Liaison for United States Senator Jerry Moran.

Nicole Swayne has been hired as the Accounting Manager. Nicole is a graduate of WSU Barton School for Business in 2015 and was previously with Hatchett Devlin Automotive Group.

Finally, Chevis Rebstock has been promoted to Vice President of Community Advancement after serving as the Chamber’s Director of Member Relations for the past three years. In this new role, Chevis will oversee the initiatives of W Young Pros, our Diversity Equity and Inclusion department, as well as the annual City to City trip and Leadership Wichita.
