Dave co-founded Key Construction, Inc. in 1978 with his brother Ken. The brothers started by purchasing and refurbishing homes and rental properties. After acquiring over 30 residential properties, they founded Century Property Management and branched into property management and commercial and residential remodeling work. They eventually sold Century Property Management and began to focus exclusively on commercial construction. Today Key Construction is one of the largest contractors in the state with annual sales exceeding $200 million.
