Located right here in Wichita, Five Star Mechanical Inc is a private, locally-owned business established in December of 2005. We provide commercial and industrial HVAC services, specializing in commercial, plant, and facility maintenance, process production equipment, mechanical systems, plumbing constructions services and building automation. Our staff includes certified, factory-trained and licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, pipefitters, steel and sheet metal fabricators and controls technicians.

Describe your company's most recent success.

Sometimes is the little things. Recently, we received a thank you letter from one of our clients explaining how our team helped them out of a bind that was really important to them. They loved how we followed through on what we promised from the start and how nothing changed from start to finish.

What do you attribute to your company's success?

Every customer should be able to have faith in their service provider. At Five Star, your confidence in our capabilities and expertise is the highest importance. We believe that customer relationships are built one successful project at a time.

What aspect of your organization are you most passionate about?

We believe our commitment to the highest standard of excellence directly impacts each project and the quality of workmanship. We are committed to having a wholeness of character that strives to do the right thing for all of our customers.

What differentiates your business from your competitors?

To our core, if it is an emergency to you, it is an emergency to us. It's a foundation that has established many long-term relationships with our wonderful clients, and we stand tall behind this theory.

What is the best thing about doing business in Wichita?

Everyone knows everyone. We love helping others in our community. We love learning about other businesses in Wichita and seeing them and the community grow. Wichita is a Midwestern powerhouse that is continually opening eyes as to what the city can offer.

What is an unknown fact about your business?

With 100 employees, We are much larger than most people think.
