Sarah Leslie is a barista and the owner of Leslie Coffee Co. in Wichita's historic Delano District. Sarah has spent most of her coffee career behind the bar in coffee shops and in the training lab. Her favorite drink order to prepare is an Americano and hot chocolate. When she's not running one of the most popular coffee shops in Wichita, she loves spending time with her son building Legos, riding bikes and playing with their cat.
