A highly accomplished auctioneer, Megan is a third generation auctioneer who grew up in the industry and won the 2013 International Auctioneer Champion, Women’s Division. As champion, Megan served as an Ambassador for the National Auctioneers Association, traveling throughout the country representing the auction industry and training other auctioneers. She is also the only female real estate auctioneer in Wichita.

Megan is known for her outgoing personality, outstanding customer service, strong attention to detail and ensuring positive experiences for all parties of the transaction. Working in every facet of the industry, Megan has made a high level commitment to her real estate auction education, having been mentored and coached by several of the most highly successful and acclaimed auctioneers and real estate agents.

She also leads the personal property and benefit auction divisions. Megan holds the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute and the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist designations from the National Auctioneers Association’s Education Institute. In 2014, she was a recipient of the Wichita Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 honors.

Founded in 1982, McCurdy has grown into one of the leading auction firms in the country. Made up of nearly 30 real estate, marketing, legal and accounting professionals — McCurdy offers the experience and expertise to perform every task necessary for all real estate and personal property needs.
