100TH EPISODE! For this special occasion, we are putting our producer behind the microphone. How do you accidentally become an entrepreneur? Bryan Steele will tell you it happens one day at a time. He talks with Don and Ebony how the creation of Forge Podcast Co. was a long journey that he never saw coming.

Forge Podcast Co. founder Bryan Steele didn’t set out to be an entrepreneur. It just kind of happened. After several years of producing music, he started helping out with a podcast on Wichita State basketball, mostly just because he likes Wichita State basketball. As he developed the systems around producing this podcast, he couldn’t help but think that other businesses and organizations might benefit from this expertise. When the pandemic hit and forced a 7-week furlough from his day job, Bryan took this as a sign and launched the Forge Podcast Company. Now, just over 2 years on this solopreneur journey he continues to help others launch and manage their podcasts while taking care of the details so that the hosts and creators can focus on delivering amazing content to their audience.
