Approachable, entertaining, charming, and open-minded. Kianga Crowley is simply a lady who is on a mission to shift the way we develop leaders and our emotional intelligence through etiquette. She prides herself on providing unforgettable etiquette experiences for all ages, gender and race.

Born in the Midwest, but a southern belle at heart, Kianga takes etiquette and courteous practices to heart. She is a second-generation etiquette coach, following in the footsteps of her mother. The Indiana native is a graduate of Grambling State University in Louisiana . There, she honed her skills as a well-respected radio personality while earning a bachelor’s in communication. It wasn’t until her professional journey as a television news reporter, that she discovered her gift to connect with others and to share their stories accurately.

Kianga’s desire to expand her knowledge took a pleasant turn while obtaining her Global MBA at Friends University in Wichita. A lecture on the power of nonverbal communication piqued her desire to explore the broad spectrum of communication and its connection to etiquette and the role both play in our society. She came to realize cultural awareness and business etiquette mattered, too. So began her research in intersectionality of communication in the U.S. for both social and business etiquette.

Kianga’s expertise has been featured on both local and national news platforms. She is consistently being recognized for her work in the community. Some of her accolades include Wichita Mom’s “She Means Business”, USD 259 Wichita Public School’s “Gold Apple” award, Young Professionals of Wichita Innovations in Business awardee and the Wichita Business Journal’s “Women Who Lead” as well as “40 Under 40”. She recently polished up her leadership skills through the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Wichita class of 2022.
