Her passion for learning and growing - both personally and professionally - drives Mary Kate to always reach for more. With the help of her sister, Becky, Mary Kate and Company was born back in 2006. It's that sibling partnership, and a wealth of talent, education and experience, that has helped the business grow.
Mary Kate has transitioned to a new phase of business ownership, spending her time behind the scenes. Her focus is now on leadership, looking at the big picture and making connections throughout her industry and community.
Life experience has given Mary Kate a unique perspective as a leader, growing from all the adversity her business has thrown her. Because of that, she coaches everyone to embrace and celebrate difficult experiences, negative reviews and embarrassing moments as the building blocks of character, strength and resilience.
