Allen-Lee Screen Printing, Hexcode Marketing and Farha Roofing have been named the 2026 Small Businesses of the Year by the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce.
The three winners were chosen from nine finalists based on business performance, community involvement, work culture and overall impact.
Now in its 22nd year, the Chamber’s Small Business Awards celebrates the innovation and impact of local small businesses while giving companies a platform to share their stories and be recognized for their contributions to the Wichita region.
“Small businesses are the foundation of a strong community,” said Brecken Morel, Interim President and CEO of the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce. “They create jobs, invest in people, support local causes and bring the ideas and energy that keep our region growing. These winners are great examples of the impact small businesses make every day, and we’re proud to recognize what they have built and what they contribute to Wichita.”
Small businesses make up more than 80 percent of the Chamber’s membership and play an important role in creating jobs, investing in people and strengthening the region. The Small Business Awards recognize that work while celebrating the passion, persistence and entrepreneurial spirit behind these companies.
Finalists were divided into three tiers based on the number of full-time equivalent employees.
Tier One Small Business of the Year | Allen-Lee Screen Printing
Allen-Lee Screen Printing has served Wichita since 1984, providing custom screen printing and apparel to businesses, schools, churches and local organizations. With more than 40 years of experience, the Wichita-based company has built its reputation around quality, creativity and personalized service.
Tier Two Small Business of the Year | Hexcode Marketing
Hexcode Marketing is a Wichita-based full-service marketing agency helping organizations build stronger brands through strategic marketing, web design and development, digital advertising, social media, branding, content and creative services. The company focuses on research-backed strategy designed to help clients stand out and achieve measurable results.
Tier Three Small Business of the Year | Farha Roofing
Founded in Wichita in 2009, Farha Roofing provides residential, commercial and multifamily roofing services. Since its founding, the company has expanded beyond Kansas into additional markets while completing more than 15,000 residential and commercial projects. Farha Roofing also maintains a strong commitment to community involvement, including its annual Free Roof for a Veteran initiative.
The Chamber’s Small Business Awards program is open to Chamber members headquartered in the Wichita with up to 100 full-time equivalent employees. Companies are evaluated within three size-based tiers to recognize the accomplishments and impact of businesses at different stages of growth.
