Golf Classic Prize Donations

Thank you for your interest in donating prizes to the Chamber Golf Classic! We accept prize donations from Chamber member businesses who would like to highlight their products and services to those participating in the Golf Classic. Prizes in groups of four or eight are preferred. Donations will be used either for team placing prizes or contest prizes. This form will close on Friday, October 09 at 11:59 p.m. and prizes should be dropped off at the Chamber no later than Friday, October 16 at 4 p.m. Please contact Jessica Buettgenbach, Event Manager, with any questions.
