Leadership Wichita is an immersive leadership development program designed to inform, inspire, and engage emerging leaders in the Wichita region. Through exposure to key community issues and sectors such as local government, economic development, education, and media, participants gain valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges shaping our community.
Nomination Guidelines
- Nominations close Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
- Self-nominations are not permitted.
- Please notify the nominee that a nomination has been submitted on their behalf and encourage them to watch for follow-up application information from Leadership Wichita.
- Leadership Wichita Trustees and Chamber staff are not eligible to nominate applicants or serve as references for the program. A list of 2026 Trustees can be found on the Chamber’s Leadership Wichita page.
