McConnell Air Force Base, the first main operating base for the KC-46 “Pegasus”. The first of the U.S. Air Force’s new refuelers are scheduled to be delivered in the first half of 2019.

Friends of McConnell (FOM)
This group seeks to express community pride and appreciation of the area's military by providing organizational and financial support for Commander-directed programs at McConnell Air Force Base. A primary goal of the group is to make McConnell the most desirable assignment of an Airman’s career.

Wichita Educational Foundation
The objective of this Foundation is to provide education (including the activities of leadership preparation), training for lifelong learning, and improvement of job skills. Foundation programs are designed to address education from kindergarten students through adults.

Wichita Manufacturer's Association (WMA)
The prime objectives of the WMA are to promote the general welfare of manufacturers, to educate the public regarding manufacturing companies and their products, to meet at members’ plants so as to acquaint the members of the Association with one another and with their products and operations, to attract, advise and assist other manufacturers who may wish to locate in the Wichita area, and to support appropriate educational opportunities and other activities that promote and develop better manufacturing interests, methods and employees.

Wichita Regional Chamber Political Action Committee (PAC)
The objective of the PAC is to promote commerce and industry, advance economic growth, and enhance the quality of life in the region by supporting candidates and issues at the local, regional, and state levels that reflect the goals and objectives of the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce and its member businesses.
