As young professionals, we often have moments where we have no idea what we’re doing, where to go next or how to achieve our goals. The Wichita region is full of experienced professionals who have been where we are now. Through the new Young Professional Development Series, you will receive guidance, inspiration and tangible takeaways to help you unlock the doors to your potential. This quarterly event series will connect you with fellow young professionals and wisdom from those who have faced our same career challenges. 

Join us as we wrap up W’s 20th year with an inspiring panel conversation on Legacy. Hear from local leaders as they share personal stories about growth, purpose, and what it means to build a lasting impact in their work and life.
 
This event is more than a look back. This is a chance to reflect on your own journey, celebrate how far our community has come, and feel inspired to shape what comes next. We’re grateful to the visionary young professionals and community leaders who started this group twenty years ago as YPW and made W what it is today - a space for connection, growth, and impact that continues to evolve through members like you.
