The Wichita region is full of experienced professionals who have been where we are now. Through the new Young Professional Development Series, you will receive guidance, inspiration and tangible takeaways to help you unlock the doors to your potential. This quarterly event series will connect you with fellow young professionals and wisdom from those who have faced our same career challenges.

Join us for an interactive evening designed for young professionals who want to move beyond just taking the quizzes and start applying the results to level up their careers and relationships.

Whitney Belshe | VP Financial Literacy Director at Fidelity Bank Read Bio Whitney Belshe is the Financial Literacy Director for Fidelity Bank | Oklahoma Fidelity Bank where she focuses on helping individuals unlock their potential, whether through the internal and external financial wellness education programs she leads, or through the professional development programs she oversees for bank employees. Whitney has a passion for creating opportunities leading to increased self-awareness through the use of various personality assessments such as Predictive Index or Enneagrams, believing this is the key to unlocking greater satisfaction and success in relationships in all aspects of life. In addition to her experience with people development as a leader on the bank’s Organizational Learning and Development team, Whitney brings over 12 years of experience in the bank’s Contact Center working directly with customers and developing employees’ interpersonal skills. Her background working with people development in many facets allows her to share real-world experiences and practical strategies in the personalized coaching sessions and group workshops she delivers. No matter the situation, her goal is to help individuals gain insights into themselves and those around them which can strengthen collaboration, improve individual performance, and lead to fulfillment in their careers. Whitney has also been a W member for 7 years, most recently serving as the W Board of Trustees’ Investor Representative from 2024-2025.
