The Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce brought together Kansas legislative leadership and business leaders for conversations on policies shaping our region's economic future ahead of the Topeka Legislative Reception on February 24. The reception is more than a networking event. It reinforces the Chamber’s role as the unified voice of business in Kansas and ensures our members have meaningful access to decision-makers during the legislative session.
Wichita voters will decide whether to approve a 1% sales tax to fund investments in public safety, housing and homelessness services, Century II and Convention Center, property tax relief and a downtown performing arts center. The Chamber’s Board of Directors unanimously voted to support the proposal because it advances the priorities we consistently advocate for to help strengthen the business community. We encourage you to vote on March 3.
The Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the Mission Wichita Class of 2026, presented by RealClean Aircraft Detailing. For the first time, the program is expanding beyond young professionals to welcome members of the broader business community, widening its impact across our region.
